Eyelove Art Project

Eyelove Art Project

To kickoff Shire’s multi-year "Eyelove Campaign" The Eyelove Art Project gave participants an appreciation of their own eye’s uniqueness through one-of-a-kind artwork. Custom built headsets were outfitted with a macro lens, adaptive light, and camera, to pinpointed eye color pixels, transferred to a real-time 3D generative art software, and then projected on our gallery wall and shared with users for their social platforms.

Eyelove premiered on the Highline in NYC and toured across the country through 2016-17 appearing at medical conferences in Chicago, Boston, Washington DC, New Orleans, and Los Angeles. An online experience provided a similar experience to online users unable to attend the live events.

Over 5,000 unique pieces of artwork were created across the country and the campaign had over 550+ million media impressions. It was nominated for several global awards and received national recognition.
